    At First Look its like walking into your uncles back yard, the charcoals letting off that aroma of Perfectly marinaded Carne azada cooking on a charcoal grill. Well if your uncle was Mexican any ways ha ha. The Coals do not smell like the average charcoal either. Its because they are Mesquite Coals. That mesquite gives the coals a special smokey taste on top of the marinade. Depending on the type of meat they cook that could make it or break it. The obviously made it. My standing Favorite is the chicken burrito. Its what I share with my Favorite chef duo Chefanie and @ChefMaudi,,occasionally Chef Lori.     The Chicken Burrito has Marinaded Chicken, Beans with an incredible seasoning, and that Smoky Mesquite flavor. My First bite always Takes me back to that moment I hit the 101 from Salinas after visiting my Mother.
