La Vida Caldo. Has many meanings broth or like one of my favorite chefs once said it means hot. The life hot or broth,The Hot or Broth Life. Broth without it many foods would be dry. Heat or a fire bends foods to the will of the artist Chef that manipulates it to their tasty will.

I’ll be writing about food here. Not just one type but as many types as I can before I die.
For 20 years I traveled around as a technician for communications. That gave me a chance and even forced me to have an open mind or starve. Those foods were amazing. And I plan to blog about those not so hidden gems too.
These days I have developed a taste for the not so typical foods the type of food that you do not always come across. These foods are made by the highly skilled people that can not duplicate them selves, I’m not going to pass up the oldies but goodies but I’m looking for those masters who don’t do it for money necessarily. But for the love creating a work of art.
In order to get to many places I will start in Phoenix AZ, and work my way to where ever my travels take me.
